Who we are.

Arcams Limited is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16318487, with our registered office at C/O Alexander & Co, Centurion House, 129 Deansgate, Manchester M3 3WR. You can reach us at admin@arcams.com.

What this site collects.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. When you visit, our hosting provider records standard technical logs, such as the IP address and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and available. We do not use those logs to identify you.

When you write to us.

If you email admin@arcams.com we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply to you and, where relevant, to continue the conversation you started. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep enquiry emails while the conversation is live and for up to twelve months afterwards, unless a longer period is needed for a contract or a legal obligation.

Who we share it with.

Nobody, except the providers who process data on our behalf: our email service and our hosting provider, each under its own contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing.

Your rights.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email admin@arcams.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice.

We will update this notice whenever our practices change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
